ProLift Toyota Material Handling Company is searching for Warehouse Solutions Sales Representative to oversee the layout and design of pallet racking, mezzanines, modular offices, dock & door and other associated Material Handling products and systems in the Louisville, KY area. Successful Warehouse Solutions Sales Representative will listen and respond with solutions and build customer relationships with the goal of becoming an "Indispensable Partner".
General Duties and Responsibilities
Grow Warehouse Solutions sales volume and expand the customer base by selling new and used equipment, executing business plans, including targeting prospects, as well as exceeding annual goalsWork up Equipment quotes, follow-up with leads, assist other Sales Professionals as requested by the Sales Manager, demonstrate product, understand and present financial merchandising solutions/alternatives, prepare application and product surveys, evaluate trade-in equipment, participate in ProLift Toyota Material Handling and vendor programs as needed, respond with the same urgency and concern for internal and external customersBe an effective business partner to customers and prospects by understanding their business needsCoordinate activities with New Equipment Sales Representative & Customer Service Sales Representative to ensure territory covered effectively and efficientlyPrepare progress updates for monthly review with the Warehouse Solutions Sales ManagerPromote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's philosophies, vision, strategies and value of "Doing the Right Thing"; Promote the TLM "Toyota Lean Management" philosophy
Bachelor's degree preferred, High school and or some college required4-5 years Industry-related experience or strong industry trainingProven success with solutions sellingMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in use of Microsoft office productsMust have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving recordDaily travel within the territory and limited overnight travelThe ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
