VP Director of Culinary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Culinary to join our team. The ideal candidate for this operational role will have a strong background in fine dining and Michelin-starred caliber restaurant group experience. This position is based in OHIO and requires 3-5 years of similar experience, with hands-on involvement in kitchens.
- Refine and optimize restaurant operations while incorporating a touch of creativity.
- Evaluate talent, oversee operations, and ensure flawless execution in the kitchens.
- Act as a liaison between the owner and our team of chefs.
- Be accountable for P&L results, create improvement plans, and oversee the culinary component.
- Multi-unit experience is preferred.
- Michelin-star caliber restaurant group experience is essential.
- Hands-on experience in both Hospitality.
- Proven ability to assess talent, streamline operations, and ensure exceptional execution.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between the owner and culinary team.

Candidates without fine dining or Michelin experience will NOT be considered.
Previous James Beard experience is a plus, but fine dining restaurant group experience is prioritized over awards.
Single-unit previous experience will be considered.
